“Great food, great service, and great deals. They're space is very tiny though and definitely not set up for anyone who uses mobility aids. There are no steps to get in, but they've packed tables in in such a way that if you have a walker, wheelchair, or power chair, finding a comfortable spot will be super difficult. I understand the space is small and they want to service as many people as possible, but it's frustrating to know that someone who uses a mobility device won't get to enjoy their experience. Their lunch special is amazing, but going at any time is definitely work it. 10/10 recommend the crab salad. Service is fast, but if you're going at peak hours, especially lunch, prepare for a long wait. They're that popular!”

“If you want to venture out and try dining in this is your place. For two months we've sure missed this place today we finally were able to dine again. This is what to expect. They now have you going in on the side door. One way in and other way out. You will have your temperature taken by the greeter which was wearing a mask and gloves. Then you will be directed to your table. All tables were spaced according to guidelines. Cleared with nothing on them and I mean cleared and clean. Your server wears mask and gloves gives you a paper menu that I assume will be recycled used only once by you. Still attentive service coffee cup refilled as needed. The next change your server or someone else will take your check and payment to register and bring it back so no needed to wait at check out then leave at the door by the cash register. If you need condiments they will be served in single use container. No worries same great place just a little different set up. Stop by and give them a try if your not ready for dining in use carry our. Great family owned business I would hate to lose them.”

“Great place! I love the smoothies here. I tend to go for the Sunrise Sunset, and it is delicious. The prices here are better than you can find anywhere else in my experience. And you get a lot to drink, it will take you some time to finish it without a brain freeze. They have food here I have tried once, and it is also decent. Reminds me of food a coffee shop might have, of the same caliber. I will dock them for not using all 100% Fresh Fruit (at least from what I understand). They tend to use some ready made mixtures and/or concentrates. I would prefer if it were all fresh, but then the price would be higher. This place is a great deal and the menu is great. I do recommend!”

“2020 has started off with a bang - and another fabulous lunch at Grand Street - a favorite place for me and two chums to discuss communications business. We had SO MUCH to discuss that we were almost there for the start of happy hour...The good news is that we were not undisturbed and were not interrupted...our beverages were filled frequently after our luncheon was served - and of course, I left a hefty tip! What a great meeting place and the revised menus pleased all three of us!”

“Spacious hangout spot with a long bar and a lot of tables. Played the basketball arcade game then hung out on the patio for a long time. We had to order from the bar each time we wanted a beer because no servers ever came to us. Then when I paid $9.00 for the plain fried chicken lips, it does not even come with a side of fries. All sides are extra. They were crispy good but really no side.”

“My girlfriend Maggi and I were riding motorcycles and we decided on our way home we should stop in to Ignite. Because of the Social Distancing, we were fortunate enough to get a table out on the patio. Maggi ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich and I could not pass up a chance to try the enchiladas made with rotisserie chicken. I was not disappointed. Oh, and the Sunset was Spectacular. “Hands down best veggie sushi I've ever had. I ordered the Veggie Deluxe for delivery the other night and loved every bit of it. As a vegetarian, I'd gotten used to making do with sub-par avocado or cucumber rolls whenever my family wanted to order sushi, but this combo is amazing. The nigiri rolls were so nicely put together and included asparagus, sweet potato, cucumber, avocado, and even a seaweed salad topped piece. The veggie tempura roll was delicious and crispy. Definitely recommend for anyone who doesn't/can't eat fish but still wants to enjoy some sushi!”

“When it comes to any venture in which humans interact with other humans, mistakes are bound to be made. Yesterday I went to Freddy's for lunch and was given the wrong order. I did not find this out until I had returned to the office, so I promptly called to let them know. The manager, Mary, was extremely gracious and offered to take care of me, which she did today. That is customer service at it's finest and the grace at which it was handled reflects well on Freddy's. Thank you, Mary! Oh and the food was excellent both days!”

“I wasn't comfortable picking up my order here. They were running about 10 minutes behind on orders (my order had a pickup time of 5:45 and I left with it about 5:55). In the meantime people were getting backed up in the store waiting for their orders and it became difficult to maintain social distance from others, many of whom were not wearing masks. I had to pass by 4 other people on my way out well below the 6ft safe distance. If I do order in the future I will do delivery, this wasn't a safe experience.”

“Seeing quite a few conflicting reviews on here, so figured I’d set the record straight: I’ve been to this location several times since it’s opened, and the food quality and service it provides is on par with the standard that you’re used to at Chick Fil A. Yes, there are times when it’s taken longer to get my food or they forget a utensil in my bag, but it’s understood that they’re a brand new location, training people on the spot because of these pandemic times, and growing pains will happen. One thing that has remained constant, and I can only assume will get even better, is the genuine care and joy that the staff brings to every interaction. Knowing personally the leadership and management, I’m confident that the kinks will quickly be worked out, and this location will go from being great to absolutely exceptional. I told my husband like 6 times that I couldn't believe how nice the driver was, how perfect the pizza tasted and looked, the thin crust was perfect, the ingredients were fresh.
