Einstein Bros. Bagels

Miss the old Einstein's Winter blind coffee. Previous years, I would stop by nearly every other day for winter blend coffee. Past couple of years, maybe twice during the entire month. 3 star is rating for decision to discontinue winter blind. Staff gets a 5 star! They are always nice. Bagels good too.

We were behind a highly antagonistic older woman in a BMW, who yelled at the speaker due to a couple minute wait. The young woman who was serving remained professional and calm, handling the situation very well. We always have good service here, though sometimes it takes a minute, they’ve never gotten our order wrong and are always polite. The woman, on the other hand, should set a better example for the child in her car.

(Update April, 2019) the new management has this place on point, excellent order accuracy, shortened wait times, and amazing coffee. Keeps getting better. (The restroom was slightly dirty, although a large party had just left, the manager was in the process of cleaning. )
