“Fantastic food! I came in on a Thursday evening and a friendly server helped me right away. The menu had lots of great choices, but I ordered some fried dumplings and the Korean spicy beef soup. The food was out fast (and hot!) and looked amazing. Generous portions too. The flavor was great, and just the right amount of heat. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Next time I’m within 20 miles of Colby I’d easily detour to Golden Taipei for a meal.”

“Traveling from Alabama to Colorado six times a year we make a point of stopping at this Taco John’s. It is always clean and the food is really good! It doesn’t matter how busy they are it is always consistently clean. This place should be used as a model for every fast food restaurant. I spoke with Travis the manager to tell him all this and he praised all the staff, what a team player.”

“First off, it's not cheap BUT I was very satisfied. You get what you pay for! Its hard sometimes for truck drivers to find a good place to sit down and eat but I walked out very full and very happy. I had the steak and soup/salad bar and everything was good, especially the steak and, believe it or not, the soup. The Cream of Asparagus was delicious! Had I not already had so much food, I would've went for another serving. The steak was cooked perfectly, the beer was only $2, and the bread pudding was great. My server, Kaity, was extremely kind, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. I ate WAY too much and probably drank too much too and it came to just over $40 not including a tip, which my server earned and deserved. I'm sure ill find myself back at the truck stop across the road and when I do, I will be back to visit. Good food, good service, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet but not snobby at all. Good job! I've had a good relaxing evening.”

“It's a very unassuming food truck on the side of a parking lot so it's easy to miss. The food here is great, especially the loco taco (all the meats) and the service is very friendly. There are a few tables next to the truck but it looks like people generally pick up the food to go. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients and we got our food in about 5 minutes. It's a no brainer if you're looking for tacos around here.”
