“While visiting the Oz Museum we saw the sign below the Yellow Brick Road arch and decided to try them out. Girlfriend ordered their Breakfast Burrito which was good but just a little dry. It's a good thing she asked for sauce in advance. I had the Biscuits & Gravy which were really good. I would have preferred basic Hash Browns rather then the Country version but overall it was good. Their cookies and cakes looked amazing and our server told us about their really good Cinnamon Coffee Cake but the fella at the register said the weren't making them that day. I would refrain from offering items that aren't available.”

“My bf and I went here for dinner last night and the food was so so good! I got supreme nachos and he got the birria plate. The salsa's we tried were all very good! Our waiter was very nice as well. “I was in Topeka a few weeks ago and brought in 3 of my littles after school for a small treat. We ended up trying half a dozen cookies and they were all incredible!!! Not only that, everyone working there was so nice and cool with the hyper sugar-filled kiddos taking over. I have already recommended Dirty Dough to several people and they loved it. “The place is clean and the staff is quite friendly. This was a pleasant experience, and the variety of cookies was adequate. I am the human version of Cookie Monster, and I absolutely love cookies, and if you know me... you know this! Dirty Dough was suggested by a dear companion who is well aware of my cookie affection. We selected the half dirty dozen so we could try a variety of the current offerings. First up is the Chocolate chip which is my standard "go-to" and this was perhaps our least favorite of the batch. The flavor was somewhat floury tasting, however being fresh they were warm, soft and nicely gooey. Our favorite was the orange cream and something of a pleasant surprise for a cookie. Overall I feel we didn't receive the best value for "gourmet cookies" but we didn't feel completely cheated either.”

“Once you come off the bridge pull into the first entrance to the base and park in the left if you have a big 18-wheeler that's where you get your permit then you go to the next entrance and entering their where they will inspect your truck and give you directions to where you have to deliver inside the base. If your appointment is at 8 get there about 6:37 it takes a little time to process you and to get your permit. If you're delivering to the commissary you go to the second exit it is called Iowa Street. It was a very pleasant experience no hassles very nice.”

“This is a good clean store with very nice employees. It's one of the larger stores in this county so it's well stocked. Great produce with some good sales and a huge meat and deli area. One of the interesting things about it is that the shopping carts aren't allowed out of the store. Either you carry your items out or an employee will put them into a special cart and take them out for you. Nice! I like this store.”

“Not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. And i like the deli and bakery. However twice now on meat items they have been over the due date. The Pastrami only a little. But the Frozen Salmon was 3 months over the sell by date. I don't think i should trust eating that. That's a little troubling. And the prices are kind of high in my opinion. Asked if they honored punch cards, she took it and gave it back without any added punches - not a huge deal but annoying that the small details are over looked. Especially when they were not busy. Drinks were yummy and the girl was polite so that’s why the 3 stars and not 1 star. Not my best experience there.”

“Coming to Bourbon and Baker is always an experience. The menu is always changing and everything is quite flavorful. They have main entrees and what I really like most, they are big on tapas. So their small plates are filling but still allow you try some more of their options. And if you’re like me you like trying a little bit of everything. I’ve tried cocktails, beer, and just straight up liquor and their variety on alcohol alone is satisfying. Everyone here is welcoming and gives a plethora of suggestions whether it’s a drink or something to munch on. This place isn’t large so sometimes it can get pretty busy but so far the times I have been there I was able to get seated relatively fast. And if you still have room after all that booze and taste testing, you have dessert . I have tried one of their monster cookies, pudding, and the lovingly scrumptious cake. Give this a try even if you are passing through town or are a townie yourselves. Some of their options will be familiar, but trust me, they will have their own spin on it and it’s even better than expected. Don’t hesitate!”

“Authentic Bakery and Coffee house. Fresh, crusty, gorgeous loaves of bread for purchase! Coffee is delish. (If you want milk foam in your coffee, order a cappuccino instead of a latte) You can watch bakery staff work on bread dough. Large, but inviting space with plenty of seating. Check it out. Hot chocolate was flavorful (so many places have a miss on hot chocolate. These guys did it right) Also, love that you can request to drink in one of their beautiful pottery mugs if you're "dine-in". It's a really nice touch!”
