It's surprising that I'm surprised that Starbucks gets this right, but other locations have raised prices and don't get orders correct. Sure, they will make it right, if you are standing in the store but there is No way to make it right once I pickup and leave a store when traveling or in my home territory. Most of my customers are starting to request treats from other places that offer more accurate service. My order history reflects this... However, This store Did everything correctly. Well done.”

This is during any time of day and even if they aren't busy. This most recent time I had to wait 45 minutes when no one was in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through.
