“Amazing restaurant in an area that lacks places with quality food and good service. We are really glad they decided to open a location here. The food is very good, service is fast and all the staff that work here are very polite and courteous. The environment inside is very nicely done with a spacious table floor and a nice bar. We visited twice this last week alone and we will be definitely coming back. I definitely recommend this place to Italian food lovers that don’t like spending an arm and a leg for quality food.”

“Just when through the drive thru and got soof of the vest customer service ever! After taking your order they ask for a name for the order and the staff at both drive thru windows greeted me by name and were very polite. They got me my food quickly and it was warm. There is nothing else you'd want from a fast food restaurant. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.”

“We stopped by here for dinner take out on Sunday. I would definitely categorize this place as a Chinese fast food place. It has a drive through, but we went inside for takeout. The line is a buffet style where you point and choose what you want and the employee fills your plate. We were greeted with a friendly atmosphere, and the wait was not too bad. The negative side to this kind of food service is that if they run out of an item it does take a few minutes to fill back up. The prices are moderate for the portions you get. They have lots of different items to choose from and with the exception of the fried rice being a little bland, they are all good. Not sure what to pick? Don't worry, just ask to try a sample. It is a good place to eat, but I would probably go across the street in Shepherdsville to get take out from China 8 instead. It has a much better value and food.”

“Very good food and service. Disappointing that a bar and grill closes at 8pm on a weekend. Should definitely be open till at least 10pm to be a legitimate bar and grill. Onion ring appetizer was good but for $7 should have given about double the amount they gave you. Also got a common bar drink which was very good but was too pricey for the size. Overall positive experience but a few things to work on. Would be nice for them to utilize the outdoor patio and have live music on Friday and/or Saturday’s nights.”

“For the most part I've had friendly service from 1 person... the young guy on afternoon shift on Sunday. It seems he's the only one with true customer service. He makes eye contact when speaking to you and has a friendly tone. Also, the shower I went in didnt have a latch on the inside, so I have to wonder if anyone can just come in while I'm in the shower. No lock, no latch, no good. Work on that maybe. Other than that they have ample truck parking across the street.”

“I was brought in here by an act by an American Idol finalist, Layla Spring, around this time last year, and I CANNOT Express enough how great this experience was. A nice 8 hour road trip with me and my best buddy, and were we hungry. We was greeted by a very nice server, really wish I could remember her name! I indulged on what is one of the most memorable Grilled Chicken Sandwiches I've had in my lifetime. All concluded with a performance by Ms. Spring. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment! I traveled 8 hours just to eat here, and was not let down. Awesome food, great prices, and an amazing service, and a superb atmosphere. Hope to visit again this year!”

“Gatti's is one of my favorite places. As far as I can remember it has always been a great place to eat. As a kid I always looked forward to eating there after a day of soccer games. It's an exceptional family place. Their staff is definitely one of the best groups around as they are super friendly and happily take pizza requests. Gatti's is more known for its pizza, but their buffet includes a variety of pasta choices a dessert and salad bar and a few other choices like green beans. Their prices are a bargain as well. Adult buffet was the highest coming in at a little under $8. They do offer senior discount and cheaper prices for kids age groups with 2 and under eat free.”

Come any other time and you will find things dry amd some items won't be available at all. The location is showing its age with loose and squeeky seats, little decor, and aging equipment.
