“Great bourbon selection and loved our waitress Tina. It’s a cool space with a nice patio for warmer weather. Price points were also very fair. My 3 stars is related to the atmosphere. The owner was at the bar while talking to patrons. While we would have loved to sit at the bar it was completely full, with people waiting to get a seat by the time we left. While very understandable it’s disappointing seeing how many regulars the owner had at the bar on a Friday night and was chit chatting with instead of realizing he had a lot of others who would loved to be able talk to him. The owner seemed liked he’d had a few and one of the regulars was beyond obnoxious. He was so loud it was hard to carry on our own conversations without hearing his story about where he lived in Chicago and everything he’d done. Due to the screaming regular and loudness of the owner we decided to head out and find another bar in the area without screaming regulars. I’m disappointed the owner didn’t let the regular to take it down a notch. 2 other groups left at the same time as us and clearly seemed annoyed as well.”

“Unbelievable brisket and ribs. By far the best in town when it comes to brisket. Their sauce is unbelievable. It is pretty runny and more of a vinegar base than a thick sweet bbq, however, they have a few options. Their southern heat is pretty amazing too. It is quite upsetting that they only do catering all week and are only open on Fridays- however, it is a great way to end your week.”

“They have really good pizza. We ate inside the restaurant and it was not over crowded and we had no wait. It was also clean. You do have to get your own plates just in case you don't know. We ordered 2 pizzas. I love that they covered the entire pizza with toppings. We ordered a very veggie and I loved how big the veggies were. The next pizza was a half sausage and pepperoni. The toppings were perfect. I'm not a fan of all the sauce, but my husband liked it a lot.”

“A few weeks ago, I ordered one of the new sweet and spicy Hawaiian sandwiches. I asked for the sauce on the side because I didnt know if I'd like it. When I got back to work and pulled out the sandwich, it was missing the cheese AND ham, and it still had the sauce on it. Just think those are kind of important elements to the sandwich so I didnt really enjoy it as much as I figure I would have with them.”

“Good little skyline that seems to have been fairly recently renovated. It feels clean and new. We had a huge party and they served us quickly and effectively. What more can you ask from a skyline? If you like skyline you really like it and if you don't you usually really don't. If you've never had Cincinnati chili before keep an open mind and try it out it's a lot different from other chili and skyline is the classic Cincinnati taste.”
