“My partner and I stopped by here after seeing it mentioned on a Louisville Take Out group and the food was FANTASTIC!! I got the Soul Bird sandwich and my partner got the Shrimp Scampi Po Boy and we ate them up so fast, I absolutely recommend them both. Stop in, the food is amazing and the owner was super nice and attentive, even gave us a strawberry shortcake biscuit on the house because he had just finished up the cream cheese icing, which was like the best dessert I've had in a long time. We're definitely coming back, and hopefully often!”

The waitress, Ms. Denise entertained us with a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday. The owner provided amazing details about the history of black jockeys in horse racing. Even the chef stopped by.
