“Very relaxed, casual atmosphere. Water is served in bottles which was nice. Someone recommended the lasagna, so I tried it and it did not disappoint. The pizza was huge..one slice could fill you up. The Alfredo was delicious too. Didn’t try the spaghetti, but was told it was good also.”

“I can’t wait to return!!!! Our Beautiful Lunch Buddies were celebrating 🥳 a birthday. The birthday girl wanted to come back to this restaurant that she and her husband stumbled on to. The service was great, the food was incredible, the portion sizes where really big ( we had alot of “to go boxes”) AND you have to save room or take home the dessert pie. I am bringing my husband back for lunch! 😁 Thank you Southern Fried & Sweet Tea for an awesome experience and fantastic food!”

No garbage can in sight which is just weird and there wasn't much of an atmosphere. So if you're going for just food you'll get a decent product for the price.”

“Not your typical cookie cutter Mexican restaurant. Delicious food, nice folks. A little bit off of I24 but worth the couple extra minutes! Had the burrito California, absolutely stuffed and full of flavor. They have lunch specials too. Chips were hot and crispy and salsa was on point too. Very good!”

“We just stopped on a long road trip and grabbed some ice cream, but it was good! I got a Dilly Bar (the classic Chocolate flavor, which is the only flavor as far as I'm concerned ????). I enjoyed it, being just as good as I remembered. The restaurant Wes clean and everyone was nice enough.”

“The only thing 50's in this cafe was the smoking inside. I wanted to find a 50's dinner on the way home from a trip. It had pretty good reviews. So I said why not. The food was alright. The service alright. Will I go here again? No. It was just a small town cafe that allowed smoking inside. Why? The 3 stars are for the food and service.”

“Got our food to go. We live about 17 miles away from the place. It was still fresh and hot when we got home to eat it. Bread was soft. Pizza was cooked just right. Not burned or undercooked. If you like Italian and your in Calvert City? Stop by. You won't be disappointed.”
