Elsie's Plate & Pie

I think the service I received here is arguably the best that I have ever received in my life lol. Our waiter was very attentive; even the bartender (or manager) kept an eye on our table and made sure we were good throughout the time we were there. I love the atmosphere here too, and the food was so good - especially the apple pie. The meat pies and the pork skins with queso was delicious too! It was my first time visiting last week, and my only regret is I wish I had known about this place before. Thanks for a great experience :)

Elsie's is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge. The food is excellent every time. The seafood pot pie is to die for. Whenever we have out of town guests, we bring them here, and it's always a highlight. The modern/industrial vibe is very cool.

I visited Elsie's with some colleagues while on a business trip and we had a phenomenal experience. I had the burger which was cooked perfectly and delicious. In addition to their fantastic pies and food, they have a great selection of craft beers as well. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, you can't beat the quality of food and service they provide at such a low cost.

Cute modern place with great food! Just discovered this place and decided to go with my mom. Everything was great. We shared the seafood pot pie and had a side salad that came with it. I liked the dressing that came with the salad as well! The pie was great too. Well come back and try the other dishes.
