The ordering system is confusing to me, though. Gotta pick a bag under a category and then order something in the bag. This really is overwhelming for me and a poor choice for the brand. Need to simplify the way to order, or maybe I'm missing something here.”

“Kids working the drive thru need to be retrained on customer service. Very rude! Acted almost inconvenienced. One of the girls directed me over to almost completely on the curb and blocking handicap parking! When I told her I did not want to block the handicap parking she shook her head and walked off!?? When I asked what they recommended on the menu, a shoulder shrug was all I got. Learn to say thank you and have a nice day. Not very hard to do.”

Occasionally they are out of a particular ingredient on the line as they were with a couple on this visit. Seems there is something each time that isn't out in the assembly area even on visits when there are few customers. Staff was nice.”

We got so much food I wish I could fit more in my belly! I believe the ribs were better than the brisket but still delicious. Walking out you'll get a thank you and goodbye from each and every one of them. The only downside is some of the booth's seat are in poor condition. But other than that I love it!”
