“Reels Waterfront Bar and Grill is a gem located by Tchefuncte River. The views here are simply stunning, with boats passing by and some of the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever see. I often find myself visiting this place to enjoy a beer and capture the amazing scenery with my camera. The food is another highlight. I frequently do dinner carryout for my family, and everyone loves the meals from Reels. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, and the quality is consistently excellent. The service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly.”

“We are so excited to have this new restaurant in our town. The cheese pie is one of the best things I’ve tried in quite some time. The phyllo is perfectly flaky and savory. The filling was a great balance of mozz and feta. I couldn’t decide if I liked it better with or without the delicious red sauce. The gyro is tender and flavorful, with nice crispy edges. The grilled veggies are hands-down the best on the Northshore. The owner was very kind and very excited to share his delicious food and his vision for the restaurant. I can’t wait to go back, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they do with the decor.”

“I am a BIG fan of Best Nutrition in Slidell. My wife was the one that discovered this little gem and recommended that I give them a try. I've visited about 4 or 5 times now. I've tried several of the loaded teas and have found my flavor. The Maui Wowie is great. Huge menu to select from. Customer service here is A1. Always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. The two young ladies behind the counter are consistent and keep the line moving. The atmosphere here is my favorite. Even if it's only for 5 minutes, I feel good just stepping into this location. SUPER clean, smells great, smiling faces, music playing in the background. My daughter loves it and likes to hangout in the little corner. We play a couple games of tic tac toe and Ms. Pac-Man. Best Nutrition gets an A+ in my book.”

“Walked in thinking it was mostly a coffee shop, thought I would pop in before work and get a quick cup while supporting local business... so glad I did. To my surprise it was a whole restaurant experience waiting to be had. I didn't have too much time to hang around but the kind woman was a great guide to my questions and clearly passionate of her culture. I went in for coffee and left with a bag of Semitas and an omelet breakfast, absolutely delicious. You can quite literally taste the homestyle love. Honestly can't wait to take the family to enjoy this cozy Cafe .”
