“They didn't have tables available so we had to sit in a booth which would have been no problem but part of our party had to sit at a booth second from us. They did more over work the waitress. I say they should have hired more waitresses because the people could have sat at a booth across from us so we could have all visited. It wasn't the best steak that I had eaten but it wasn't the worst. The waitress was very nice and tried to be helpful but I don't think I'll be going back”

“I have ordered several times from this location and have not been disappointed once!!! Your sister location on Nelson Road could really use some pointers. I was extremely dissatisfied with my entire order from them from the bread sticks looking to be a couple days old as well as being hard, a burnt pizza and my entire order cold. My job is less than 5 mins from their location. If ppl want good, hot food order from the Derek Dr location!!!”

“Marcos Pizza opened yesterday near Jimmy Davis, a very convenient location for me. Being a vegetarian I ordered a garden pizza which came with a complimentary bread. We really relished the pizza. It had a good amount of different veggies in its topping. Best of all it was not oily at all and was very delicious. The staff was very courteous. I can certainly rate this pizza among the best I have eaten. The bread that came with two dips is also very delicious. I will recommend this pizza highly. I understand that Marcos has a branch in Shreveport and two in Bossier including this one.”

I’m not very afraid of covid but if you post hourly cleaning in the window and every table has food leftover from previous people are you truly cleaning? Having at least a second employee at all times would allow for clean tables. I was the only customer inside for my 30 minute dinner so there is no excuse.”

“It's been a good long minute since I have ordered and eaten at Pizza Hut. Tonight, however, all that changed. I placed an order online 7 minutes before closing, and not only was it accepted and placed, they added a 2 liter to my order when I called. They young lady that handled my call was very polite and professional. My contactless delivery was flawless as well. When we sat down to eat the traditional buffalo wings I ordered, I realized the dipping sauces I ordered weren't in the bag. Once again I called, and to my surprise, my call was answered, after closing time, by the same young lady I spoke with earlier. After reviewing my order, we realized that I had not added the sauces to my "cart", but even with it being my mistake, she offered to have them delivered free of charge. And once again, my contact delivery was flawless, and I included an additional tip for the driver for going above and beyond, especially with it being after closing time. I absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut location. My experience was top notch in every aspect. Thank you to the entire crew working tonight!”
