“I get they were busy....and there are staff shortages. Baked potato was cold. Waitress took it back and heated it up. Was hot but not thoroughly cooked. Steak was a little cold on arrival. Sautéed mushrooms never arrived. It was disappointing for a $50 plus dinner. Salad bar was out of some dressings and some other items also.”

“Waitress dropped the F bomb in front of our 10 year old daughter, didn't bother to apologize or correct it. Took her a good 30 minutes after we had our drinks for her to decide it was worth taking our order. The icing on the cake was her inability to get my girlfriend a new fork after we asked politely and pointed out the one that had been given to her still had someone else's food on it. Now I'm usually and extremely understanding customer. People have lives, and we don't know what their struggles are behind closed doors. However, taking upwards of 30 minutes just to take our order, on what had to be one of the slowest nights I'd ever personally witnessed in this establishment, is unacceptable. By the time we actually had our food, we just wanted to leave. Absolutely terrible service for NO good reason. Jade palace I highly recommend you better train your waiters/waitresses to make sure this does not continue to happen to others. You have been our go to for Chinese food my entire life, but as of late, you leave much to be desired.”

“OK, so I always say, I rarely give a five star review. This little pizzeria deserves more than five stars! It’s the only place I found in the whole state of Maine that makes real Italian pizza. Pizza like you get in Napoli. That extra thin crust, homemade sauce, and hand slice toppings that or just the right amount. This is not Americanized pizza. This is the real deal ! Make sure you call ahead for takeout. It’s usually about an hour. Wait because each pizza is made individually and with love. There is no conveyor belt type thing here nothing is fast food pizza it’s as if your Nonna was in the kitchen, making it herself ! Their pizza will have you saying “Non avrei mai pensato che un piatto così semplice potesse risultare così saporito!” A hidden gem in northern Maine”

“Quick ordering, quick service, really nice ladies running the drive thru, and even more amazing owners!!! waited about 10-15 mins for our food. Got chicken fingers, pulled pork, and a burger with a kids meal! Food was brought put and the smell was incredible!! But opening it made our jaw drop!! DELICIOUS Kinda pricey but considering the amount of food it made sense. The establishment wasn't busy at all, and it was quick. Had a wicked nice late lunch with my family. Thanks guys!!! To everyone else in the reviews, give these kids and workers a break and go easy. It's a burger joint, not a Gordon ramsay Michelin star restaurant, go somewhere else with your awful critiquing for your burgers if you can't handle high schoolers working their first jobs.”

“Ive been getting pizza here since I was born 21 years ago. They are by far the best pizza on the planet; and I have never gone anywhere and not said I wanted fredericks, or recommended it just because I feel like talking about you guys. 10/10 pizza and 10/10 people. The dining experience is very comfy and warm. As a kid they would give me a ball of their dough to play with as I waited for my meal, and to this day I still have my birthday dinners there with my family. This place is a light in my life and if they were ever struggling I would pull anything and everything out of myself to support them!”

“The waitress I had was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Very good food 👌 I could've used a boat of that homemade garlic butter on the complimentary dinner roles. The salmon was super silky. My fork went straight through it without much pressure at al. The seafood stuffing was 🤤. I could've used more of that too. Albeit a little pricey for this area, I think this is a place I'll definitely be back to.”

“Great food and portion size! The choice of flavor on the Brussel sprouts however was odd and didn't really go with the rest of the flavor from the meal. Aside from that though, the food was very good and definitely fresh. The mac-n-cheese was super creamy and delicious! Poutine was good, but could have used a little more cheese. Solid 4 stars”
