“The stuff in this 'restaurant' were absolutely ridiculously rude on both occasions I've gone. the first time was a Friday night and they had a young girl working at the front counter taking orders and then packing them up and handing them out. Obviously on a Friday evening they were rather busy. The shift leader at the time was a male around 30, and aside from being outright rude to the customers had that teenage girl damn near tears screaming at her because she didn't know what she was doing. Who put someone on a counter to train in the middle of the busiest rush of the week?! I was horrified, as well as other customers in the lobby.... I walked out without my food after I already paid for it because it took everything in me not to spit in the little jerks face. I told the girl she should walk out and go find some place that would appreciate her.... Fast for a couple weeks later and I figured I would give it another shot, I ordered two $5 boxes and some random things from taco Bell and after 9 minutes ask the cashier if I could just have my money back that I couldn't wait anymore and that she stood there looking at me like I was speaking in another language and said let me try to find a manager... walked aimlessly behind the counter, I waited about 4 more minutes and walked out again. So 2 for 2???? I'm sure the food is fine, if you can actually get your hands on it... But with the staff like that... I'll pass.”

“Staff and the food are good but the visit was met with some cleanliness issues. The trashes were overflowing, the tables were dirty, the high chair was covered in broken biscuit pieces and the floor had not seemingly been swept all day. I did not visit the restrooms during this trip but I can only hope that they were not as bad as the dining area. The cashier was friendly, patient and helpful throughout our transaction and the food came out hot. The two star ding comes from the cleanliness issue of this newer restaurant.”

“My wife and I had lunch here today, a place we have enjoyed many times before. The steak fajitas were delicious, the portions were huge, and the service exemplary. Our server, Dave was fantastic, making sure we had ice water, in addition to our drinks, and even asked if we wanted a “to-go” cup for water as he knew we were traveling. Sadly, that amount of concern in a server is rare in this day and age. Thank you, Dave. We will be back.”

“We went for lunch during the week and it was moderately busy, nonwait. The service was quick and very friendly. We both ordered the fish and chips and shared an appetizer. The spinach artichoke dip with pitas was very flavorful. The fish and chips were delicious and cooked perfectly. Though it was a large portion. We each had enough leftover for another meal which isn't necessarily a bad thing but you may want to share the entree. We will visit again for sure!”

“My family and I visited here after the remodel over the winter. We were happily surprised of all the changes made. The decor is rustic and still has a good down-to-earth feel. The food is as good if not better than ever, portion sizes can vary. The food wait time was about average, our kids are very impatient. “Like most people with kids, we eat pizza everywhere we go. It's always a safe meal and everyone is happy. But you know how you find yourself rating pizza: great crust, but too much sauce. Or delicious cheese blend but the crust is too thin or crispy. It's hard to find a pizza that is just perfect in every way. Jess 'n Nic's makes that perfect pizza. Thick, doughy crust...just the right amount of sauce...generous cheese and toppings. If we lived closer, I would be in serious trouble. As it is, we settle for Friday pizza night takeout and look forward to it every week. We've sampled their delicious salads, sandwiches, and fries, too. But we always go back to the pizza. If you get the chance, you should give it a try, too.”

I got my food relatively quickly and had no quarrel with the quality of food. I'm not sure if it was known before I reported it but the soda machine wasn't dispensing the carbonation. Altogether it was a poor experience, but given it was my only visit I can't give a 100 percent accurate assessment of it's typically condition.”
