C-Ray Lobster

The lobster melt was delish. But you have to bring your own beer if you want beer and the seating is only outdoors so it was cold. But delicious food for sure. The lobster tasted so fresh.

We ate our first Lobster roll here last night! It was so fresh and flavorful!! It had huge, generous chunks of lobster. Here you pay for great food and friendly service not a fancy restaurant. We ordered at a small building. Lobsters were right there in a tank others were cooking in pots in their covered outside area. Everything was clean. You eat across the drive in a covered picnic area and even though their was a huge thunderstorm happening we were warm and dry happily eating.

Absolutely spectacular lobster. VERY casual place, with VERY friendly staff. We had a super lunch here. Two in my party agreed that it's the best, sweetest, best cooked lobster we ever had. I had the lobster roll (not really a lob roll as no mayo, just a whole lobster served in a buttered bun. If you want lobster but don't want to fight with the shell this is the way to go. Others in my party got the lobster in the shell and also loved their meal. Don't let the casual vibes sway you away, I was not sold from the reviews or images but I'm so happy we went. It's amazing.

Excellent choice for a low key lunch or dinner on a nice sunny Maine day. You sit outside on clean picnic tables and they bring the delicious food to you. A family run business from catching to cooking. Very reasonably priced as we got the dinner for 2 special which was $34 for two 1 1/4 lb lobsters, 1lb mussels, and two ears of sweet corn. The lobster was super fresh and sweet as it was just caught the day before.

Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Lobster was spot-on, muscles were hot and fresh, and the corn was delicious! They give you apron while eating and let you see live lobster to take pictures. It rained when my family came here, but it turned out to be all fine.
We loved C- ray lobster and would recommend it to others!
