“1st trip of the day all went great through drive thru. During the afternoon visit I went inside. They had a machine acting up and a few amusing moments came from it. One customer in particular showed wonderful patients and waited. The staff worked hard to find a solution. My own drink wasn't made well during commotion but was quickly fixed.”

“I love Sam's Italians and have for the past 60 or maybe 70 years! The sandwiches are the best, even considering there are other placed who make decent Italians. But decent is only acceptable from Bangor north. Why go to decent when you can have really spectacular? The only downside to this visit was the lack of Moxie in the cooler. “On World Beard Day 2019 lunch at Red Robin was on my list. Got there just as they opened. Very polite greeting and nice spot selected to seat. The music level was just right enough so you can hold a conversation. Ordered the Southern Charm Burger with bottomless fries. The burger was cooked medium well just as requested. Fries light on seasoning. The waitress conducted herself with warm friendly positive attitude. Excellent experience all the way around. #1 burger joint in my opinion!”

“Customer service has definitely deteriorated since I was last in here. Self service stations have replaced humans. There is self serve ordering next to full service. Very confusing. Sometimes you can get served at the bakery counter and sometimes you can't. I was instructed to join the single line being served by a human. Not 5 minutes later people were getting their bakery orders processed by a person at the bakery counter. This needs to get straightened out. I enjoy going here, but today was not a pleasant experience.”

“Went out before a movie. Decided on salads and appetizer. We had a small wait before being seated. The table clothes ( plastic) were tearing, made me believe there was a dirty spot. When waiter( Matt) arrived drinks were ordered. He either was having a bad day,or just didn't have a fun bubbly personality you would normally get when dining out. That's the fun part of the dining experience, my opinion! Salads were great in taste and in portions. I think that the happy hour from 2-5 for freezes to only be 1$ is a great marketing idea and it really allows the consumer to enjoy a cold drink without breaking the wallet. “One of my favorite places to stop, either heading down Maine or come back up the state. Bathrooms are mostly clean, gas is easy access and you have a pretty good selection of food items. Keep in mind that it's at tourist pricing.”
