Pier One is a great place to grab a quick slice of pizza. In an area where you are lucky to get out the door for less than $20 for lunch, they always have several kinds of pizzas ready to buy by the slice.
If your looking for more than that, they offer whole pizzas from 12 to 20 inches and a variety of hot and cold sandwiches on fresh bread.
But fair warning, if you get a large you better be hungry or ready to share.
Pictured is a large meatball, "The 7th Inning Stretch"...I should have ordered the small.

Food is really good. But. Asked staff if they have a menu and they pointed to the menus as if that was the biggest bother ever and as if there was a giant neon sign pointing people to the menu holder. Staff was spending more time goofing off than working. Doors were open and apparently just outside the restaurant is the smoking spot of choice for tourists.

Liked the chicken pizza a lot. But had serious service problems. It’s all counter service (with a side of attitude whether you want it or not).

Charged us $3 for extra spinach on a specialty pie — but they didn’t include it.

40 minutes was too long to wait for one pie (even if the place was jamming on a summer Thursday night).

Wouldn’t give us our salad to eat while waiting (“sorry that’s not how we do it”). Galling especially because salads are all pre-made, they just grab from a cooler.

Nice shady picnic tables outside on pier if you have the patience and can snag one and the busker/singer is suitable.
