“UPDATED because the owner reached out and was extremely kind and apologized. Changed to 4 stars because the bagels really are fantastic. I appreciate the outreach and we will give it another try. Delicious bagels, absolutely terrible customer service. We went to Uber bagels for the first time last weekend. Came in about 20 minutes before closing, staff was staggeringly rude but I get it, they were ready to be done. Bagels were banging though so we went back today for breakfast. No excuse this time, it was 10am and prime bagel time. Staff was incredibly rude particularly to my kid, who was literally just standing there. Two stars because the bagels are truly delicious but I have too much respect for myself to ever go back here. Maybe they don’t like children? But also, who cares? It’s a business and kids are human so maybe train your staff not to be openly hostile to them.”
