    Nice place but they sell alcohol. Should I not been hungry, I would not have stopped in, to buy some thing to eat. I hope that the food I've, gotten, was worth the price.

    Akbar is a great place to get quick, good Indian food. Most of the dishes are hot and not that spicy. GF friendly and a 5 minute walk from the Walters art museum. They have really good mango juice.

    The Akbar's food is always great. Personally I go for the chicken vindaloo(I like the heat). Actually I get one to eat at the table and another to go home with me for the next day. The wait staff has always been very friendly and has had good suggestions for members of our party that don't normally eat Indian food.

    Would come back here a hundred times over. The buffet was VAST! The service was excellent. The food was mouthwateringly delicious. And all for $11.95 (lunch) it’s a deal you can’t pass up if you’re in the area. I wish I lived closer!
