“In reminiscing with a friend about great Baltimore food I discovered Eichenkranz had reopened, that was five years ago and it is now one of my “go to” restaurants. Whenever I have the need for truly authentic German cuisine served in an unpretentious relaxing atmosphere, Eichenkranz is the only place to go. The Sauerbraten is as good as any and much better than most I have tried. Between my wife and our friends we have sampled most of the menu and the only recommendation I have is come hungry!”

“Just ate dinner here for the first time because two friends mentioned it’s delicious and you get a lot of food for the price point; and it didn’t disappoint. We sat in a cool booth and our server gave us dates as a traditional Ramadan gift, AND he made us free mango drinks. He gave them to us after we paid so he wasn’t even trying to get a better tip. “Well since discovering Papi Cuisine. We've ate there 4 Times in the last four weeks. The Brussels Sprouts were a little under cooked. Other than that. Every thing else has been Spectacular. The vibe is excellent! Staff very Courteous and food is well worth the wait. We get something different every time we go, so we can say if it's good or not. And so far, we're impressed! We've been trying to lock down a reservation every Sunday around noon before the rush. So this place is#1 in our book”
