“For a quick, late breakfast this place was okay! Service was relatively quick despite there being a line. We got a few kinds of savory bagels with spreads and a BLTA sandwich. All were fresh, served perfectly toasted/hot, and had a good ratio of toppings to bread. I'm no bagel pro or savant, so these were just another sandwich to me. The biggest advantage they have is lots of seating with a lower and upper level PLUS outdoor seating when the seasons permit. The restaurant itself felt clean, but the poor staff is stuck dealing with too many customers that won't bus their own tables (despite there being ample trash cans and dish returns throughout the dining areas). Perhaps more signage or stronger reminders to customers could help? But I don't blame staff for not wanting the extra labor. For convenience, this place works. I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Wish the patrons were a little more thoughtful. It's a good alternative when I want a walk and something different from my neighborhood bagel spot in Mount Vernon (Belvedere Bagels).”

No less then 3 people helped us by opening the door, greet/check in on how we were doing, clear off a table and provide us with napkins. Our food was excellent and speedy as well. For in room dining they even provided plates to eat on which was a great addition to the experience. 10/10 recommend!”

We arrived on a Monday and there were only two tables seated and yet we had to wait a long time to be seated. They didn't even acknowledge we were standing there. Just kept walking by us. We finally said to someone, "should we just seat ourselves?" When they finally sat us down they were not friendly at all. I really can't even recall them talking to us. Just asked if we were ready. “The best bagel joint in Baltimore for sure. This location can get super busy around 730-8am on the weekends. They have a ton of stuff to choose from and the bagels are always fresh. My recommendation is to get the bagel scooped out and get the home fries with your breakfast order. The salads here are also top notch. They also have nice outdoor seating during the warmer months, which you for sure sit outside in the morning. The location is large and not cramped like the Timonium store.”
