“Great place for your very early morning coffee and breakfast. The Krispy Kreme doughnuts get delivered super early so they are very fresh at 4:30am. Sometimes it gets busy at this time but they have 4 self check out registers that are very easy to use. I usually stop by here after work every morning. The staff is friendly even though it's easy to see they need to hire a couple more people for this shift. They are busy with both customers and getting ready for the morning rush. Somehow they manage to do both while being understaffed and maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.”

“Great burgers and lots of drink options! I really like the vibe of this place. There are games in the side corner, a ton of beers on tap, and mixed drink options. The orange crush was great! You can order at your table or with the server. This is not super gluten-free friendly, though. Basically all I could have was the burger with a gluten free bun. There was a wait for it to come out but it was worth it. This is also the start/end point for a running club! There’s a Harris Teeter and other things close by.”

“I lefts tell review but it was so good I had to put it on google too. Butch's Bistro never disappoints me. The lighting in the photo doesn't do the fries any justice but the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I can tell the food is authentic and the staff takes their time preparing the food. I've also had their Shrimp Alfredo and Shrimp quesadilla. 10/10 highly recommended!!! and they always have good music playing.”

“The petrol is good smelling and rich, the crisps are bad if only they sold tinned steak puddings”

“Ordered a Latte and a Cold Brew. The coffee was just okay, but the food was great! Ordered The Baltimore and a Ruben. You could taste the freshness and they were not shy on the meat! Would recommend for lunch or midday eats. The sandwiches are not small I suggest going when you are hungry unless you plan to share.”

“This spot is a true labor of love. Staff are attentive and kind (and all have excellent hair? is that a requirement to work here??) The Mela Toast is the most well-balanced, “dessert-for-breakfast” I have ever had. Had the squash & sausage pasta and now I am torn whether to get that every time or try the rest of the menu. Can’t wait to come back!”

“First off, the proprietor of this stand was a true gem. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and fun. Beyond that the poke and the mochi donuts were excellent. My only minor complaint is that the pricing system is a little strange with each scoop of fish costing more which doesn’t really make sense when you’re a poke place. Just build it into your price? But regardless, I’ll happily be back.”

“Great halal Korean chicken spot in downtown Baltimore. Located inside Cross Street Market, in the middle. We tried several dishes like wings and boneless thigh sandwich, and all of them were banging! Will be back”

“I loved it. This is a great place if you are in the area. My favorite were the mussels. I didn’t like the calamari. I will have to try it again. It tasted & looked different to me. It still got ate , cause it was good. But Thank you for being so sweet and friendly towards my family. We will be back”

“Today I went with the Tex-Mex Burrito, Home Fries, and fresh baked apple/almond/vanilla pastry... Oo it was all delicious! A girlfriend of mine introduced this place to me and I loved it every time I've been back! Vegan-friendly with gluten-free options, as well. If they have it available, try the vegan banana bread... So good! The pastry counter in front is always tempting! The service has always been friendly, I've been greeted with smiling faces, and I can't help but love coming back to these people. Great coffee, too! This place also introduced me to one of my new favorite hot sauce brands, local to Baltimore, Huckle's! The atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming, the seating throughout is cozy, and the food and service is top quality every time. Please stop by One World Cafe and enjoy what they have to offer! 5/5 stars from me :)”

“Mindpub is a super cute breakfast/lunch spot. We grabbed a toast sandwich with smoked salmon and bagel sandwich with kielbasa. They were both pretty tasty, though the bagel sandwich with kielbasa was our favorite. The salmon toast sandwich was made with an omelette that wasn't to my taste since it had that well-done egg flavour. The cream cheese on toast was something I haven't had + I really enjoyed that. The side of fruit was a refreshing change of pace from the usual heaviness of home fries/hash browns. The drip coffee and latte weren't both pretty pleasant. I'm excited to try their other offerings next time we visit. A standout thing about Mindpub is that the vibe is so, so nice. We sat for quite a while drinking our coffee after our meal, just enjoying the ambiance. I could totally see coming here and spending a few hours working or reading a book. Definitely recommend a visit if only to check out the cool decor they've set up here.”

“Went in a Saturday which was very busy and they have been open maybe a few days… and yet the food was amazing! Must have the octopus ceviche, the mussels and the bison burger. The menu doesn’t do justice to the execution of the food and fantastic wine. Thank goodness we live on this block! We will be back a LOT! We can’t wait to see how this establishment thrives.”

“I went for dinner and had the shrimp and fish tacos. It was AMAZING. The staff was polite attentive and professional. The place was clean and the decor was peaceful. The food was worth me trying to find parking. I will do this again SOON.”

“Wow, Kajiken is definitely the best ramen in Baltimore by far. I was not a fan of Peko Peko which was a previous occupant of this store, and I'm so happy that such a delicious ramen restaurant has replaced it! I would 100% come back for the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and the karaage. The karaage was perfect -- juicy, crispy, with great flavor (slight ginger flavor). I though it was interesting that they provided two "sauces" -- I enjoyed the grated daikon sauce. My only qualm is that there's only 5 pieces! I want more! The tonkotsu shoyu ramen was pretty perfect. The mix of tonkotsu and shoyu broth creates the perfect balance of richness and savoriness. The chashu is not overly fatty and the torching gives it some nice smokiness. The noodles are the thinner noodles and pair perfectly with the broth. The egg is perfectly jammy (though only half of an egg, again I want more). The original aburasoba was great. It has thick noodles which have a good texture, and the flavor is good. I would definitely choose the tonkotsu shoyu ramen over this, but this is also a very solid option. I like that it's not too rich unlike some similar dishes I've had before. The edamame was nothing to write home about. I'm not sure if it was the quality of the edamame or the cooking, but it was not tasty. Overall the prices are very reasonable coming from a Boston resident, and it's certainly the best ramen I've tried in Baltimore. Looking forward to my next visit!”

“Overall i like this place and would rate it a 9/10. Today was my first time there and it was a good. I ordered the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese and honey old bay wings with yams and mashed potatoes, and a large half/half. Only reason why i went down a rating is because i wasn’t too fond of the wings or yams. Other than that, everything else was phenomenal! ESPECIALLY the lamb chops! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be going back.”
