“Our waiter named Marvin or Martin he was GREAT!!! Very attentive professional and just helpful in making our dinner good! The food was VERY processed nothing at all to jump over. Taste was bearable. However, everything was hot and or fresh and presented nicely ..including salad an bread. The restaurant appeared well maintained and all of the staff from hostess at front door to waiters appeared to work as a team. I truly appreciate that in an establishment. I am not a fan of O.G. and despite not feeling like their menu is really good I can say I'm not opposed to visiting again because while I'm interested in a good meal the service atmosphere etc are equally important as well and this location hit that on point.”

My husband and I tend to order the food to go but they always manage to forget something. Last time I went, they forgot a few things and they placed the boxes of chicken wings on the side in the bag so the sauce leaked and got everywhere! Like I said, the food is good but I've never had a very good experience.”

“My husband and I went with another couple and their 1 1/2 year old. The waitress was friendly and took the time to speak to the baby. She brought the baby's fruit cup ahead of the meals as she was getting fussy and that was a big help. My husband and I ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly and very good. All of the side dishes were good and everyone left feeling relaxed and contented.”

“My first visit for a carryout order and I was so impressed. The customer service was exceptional. They answered all my questions with a smile. I was able to sample two sides before I made a purchase. They wear gloves and everyone from the kitchen was very welcoming. I had the catfish, which was cut into nuggets for me, with greens, mac & cheese, and cornbread. Everything was delicious. Portion size was great because I ate in two settings, lunch and dinner. Cornbread was sweet and moist, almost like cake. Needless to say, I will be back. I really enjoyed the experience and the food.”

“Before I placed an order I asked about the estimated delivery time. I was told 35-40 minutes. At 45 minutes I called back and was told the driver left and that it is busy. Why do they think I asked about delivery time? It has now been an hour. Unfortunately I used a credit card and cannot cancel my order. Never again. Update: I called back and the person was very apologetic and attempted to track down the driver. The driver came less than 5 minutes later. The food was very good. Can’t give 4 stars because of delivery timeframe. I would order again, but would definitely have to pick up.”
