“This is a nice old place with tons of character. We were there on a day they had a St. Patrick's Day pub crawl going through and they were absolutely packed but the staff handled it very well. There was no delay in getting our meals out and the food was good.”

“Stopped in as they opened Monday morning on a bike ride from Gettysburg to Antietam. There were limited food choices on our route through the mountains south and west of emmitsburg to sharpsburg, so it was the perfect play to pack some foot longs for later in the day. Quick and easy.”

“Good barbecue restaurant to go to after skiing. Would have gotten 5 stars if they hadn't run out of pulled pork. We got there at 7:30pm. Waitress was very nice. Fried pickles were good. We got a combo that had ribs, beef brisket and burnt ends. I enjoyed the burnt ends the most, then the beef brisket. Also got mac and cheese and baked beans. Mac and cheese was good, the baked beans was different but interesting. But I still recommend trying this place out.”
