Amina Thai Restaurant

I visited this restaurant tonight and mostly enjoyed my food. I ordered the red curry, and it was a good quality curry. I will say that I have had much better curry in other cities, but I haven't had better in this area.

The reason the food is getting three stars is bc the portions were not large. My husband had to come home and eat a second meal to feel satisfied. It really nullified the purpose of going out to eat.

Additionally, my daughter ordered chicken satay. It was slathered in a messy turmeric sauce that got all over everything, and only three out if four pieces were edible. The fourth was rock hard.

Overall, this place was okay, but I doubt I will visit again.

This food is absolutely divine. Their mussuman curry is perfection, but the real treat is the roti bread, which is one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. Don't be deceived by the hole-in-the-wall appearance, this place is a treasure!

This place is amazing. I’ve eaten at the restaurant, ordered catering, and had carry out a few times. We usually get the green curry and drunken noodles, which are always on point. Be careful if you ask for it spicy- even the medium spice is pretty hot. When we catered we also got the eggplant basil which was a huge hit. Best Thai food in this area for sure. Love the family feel coupled with quality food and service.

Food was great. Small place but clean and decor was fine. I would do carry out again. If I eat here, it would be the winter since the AC wasn't very strong. I sweat like crazy when I eat spicy food.

What a great place; it's cozy, the food is delicious, and service is friendly. My experience is what I expect from a family restaurant; it felt personal, and at the same time just the right level of professional. Staff was eager to help a first time Thai food eater, and willing to make changes in cases of diet restrictions.
