The little Dipper is an interesting dining experience. Cooking your own food in a mini hot pot is fun but requires your full attention, unless you're an expert. This makes having a conversation not the easiest thing to do, so I wouldn't recommend it for a first date. A great addition to the dining experience would be a cooking guide for all the veggies, explaining how to optimally cook them in your hot pot.
The servers were all very hospital, the quality of the food was very good, and the prices were perfect. I really like this place and will definitely be back next time I crave hot pot.
This is one of my favorite places in Rockville Town Square. The food is good - especially on a cold day. Lots of options, and it's a fun place to share a meal.
This was my first hot pot experience. My husband and I arrived at 11:40am so they just opened. We were seated right away and the menu is simple to read and understand.
We placed our orders. 1curry dipper and 1 meat lover dipper both spicy. I was a little surprised when the order came out because the abundance of the food was already In The pots, and seemingly pre-simmered. I thought the hot pot experience was that you have raw ingredients brought to you and you essentially cook the food to your liking .. Anyway, the flavor was tasty and the meats were brought
Out raw on separate plates, so i guess that's something but if you order a tofu it comes already in the pot???? and the noodles come raw (crunchy) and you cook them in the brother.
4 stars because it was good, I liked it but I wanted to cook my own vegetables and I wish they allowed substitutions.
