“This is related to the chain restaurant Cava but is different. It's a real sit-down restaurant. They offer great Mediterranean cuisine. If it's in your budget go for the plate that has the pork, lamb, etc. Delicious. Their feta cheese hush puppies are amazing. The fried cheese is great. There's also plenty for vegetarians as well. Seating is extremely limited, and the whole place is really small. If it's busy, it's extremely loud. Good service.”

“Great food at a great price. Went there with a few friends at 8:45pm not knowing that they closed at 9. The staff were very accommodating about it. They let us know that the dumpling chef would be leaving soon and that if we wanted any dumplings, we just needed to order soon. Food comes out hot and with all the sauces you will need. “Heading to Five Guys because I was craving a cheeseburger but my husband talked me into Woodside Deli because we hadn’t been there in years. After our visit I now remember remember why it took so long to go back. Our order was pretty simple: a salad and club sandwich. The restaurant was relatively empty so not sure why it took so long to arrive. Note to anyone order the honey mustard dressing: don’t...Unless you like eating what looked like raw chicken fat. Tasted pretty icky too. On the upside, the French fries? YUM!!! And my husband enjoyed his sandwich. The waitstaff was perfectly friendly and attentive. However, the cashier left lots to be desired. While we were trying to pay she loudly gabbed on the phone and was making fun of someone who couldn’t spell “holiday sauce.” Weird. At the very least she could’ve put the phone down until we left. Better yet, she should’ve made what was clearly a personal call on her break. I’m sure it will be years again, if ever, that I go back. Should’ve gone to Five Guys.”

You would think a simple egg and pancake restaurant would garner such praise, but at the Rockville I.H.O.P. location they are doing it right in all areas. The server we had was the main event. He was punctual, accurate, polite and hilariously entertaining while still being professional. He seemed to be a "people expert" if there is such a thing. We later found out he has been in the biz for 20 and usually is a Manager. He didn't look a day over 25, kiddos to him. The food was perfect as well. Hot, fresh, quick and it disappeared in minutes.
