“Amazing and fast cake creation! I called around to 3 bakeries trying to find a gluten free, soy free, vegan cake, with no luck! Then I tried this bakery and they immediately gave me flavor options and told me everything was vegan/gluten free and they had soy free options. Very tasty, done in 45 minutes with a birthday message, and affordable! Even cheaper if I had called ahead, haha. My previously cakeless friend was so so happy! “The pancakes might be to some folks liking...but not mine. In my opinion, pancakes and waffles should be light & fluffy and slightly sweet. You shouldn't have to add syrup if you don't want to. Their pancakes were doughy and heavy and a little thick. No sweetness whatsoever. So the server swapped it out for a "half waffle" and much to my dismay, it was the same. On the good side, my eggs were scrambled to perfection! The bacon is top quality apple wood, thick sliced and full of smoky flavor and the hash brown were the standard fare, but decent. I hope they correct the batter issue, cause I'll be back.”
