“I'm not one for writing reviews but I feel compelled to mention something. Today is my second day of stopping in to 'borrow' the wifi and get a little work done before the local library opens and PJ's is an excellent place for a good cup of coffee from friendly people. I have never been one for Starbucks and my recent visits I've had to come to grips with the cost of a boring brand. PJ's is very affordable and as I noted before the coffee is good. I haven't had any of the food so I'm not able to comment.”

“I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s bday and it was absolutely delicious! This is the first time we barely had leftovers after a bday! Everyone got seconds😋 I picked the Disney’s Cars theme and my kids loved it!”

“You can smell the sweetness as soon as you walk in. I sampled some ice cream and settled on mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream. The ice cream was delicious and the cookies looked really good. I’ll definitely be back to try more. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“A cozy little spot in the Bethesda/Rockville area with some of the sweetest staff I've encountered at 6am. Their bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was made with love and filled my hungry belly with joy.”

“Friendly staff, lots of options. The prices are reasonable considering they are a small batch bakery and make everything daily. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, and were the only customers My daughter got a few ice cream samples and settled on red velvet cheesecake with sprinkles. We also got a red velvet cupcake for later. In past visits we got vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with a variety of different frostings. All of them were great and there was definitely more than enough icing for a good ratio. Not that the cake needed it. They were all moist and had a good crumb that didn’t fall apart as we ate them. They have a bright, open seating area to enjoy your treats and they have a party room for groups. But we chose to eat our ice cream in the car this time because the smell of the air freshener being used was so strong that it was stinging our noses. We’re hoping this isn’t normal and was only because they’re weren’t a lot of people and movement in the store to disperse the smell. Not a huge deal, but we decided to get only 1 cupcake for my daughter, instead of the 4 pack we talked about. Something about walking into a bakery and smelling the bathroom air freshener didn’t match up. We’ll give it a try again soon.”

“Who would brave ice cream in -15°C weather? Apparently, adventurous souls like us! Our visit to Bruster's Real Ice Cream was an unusual but delightful experience, even in the freezing cold. Despite the shivering and teeth-chattering, enjoying their delicious ice cream in such extreme conditions added a fun and memorable twist to our outing. It's a testament to the quality and appeal of Bruster's ice cream that it can be thoroughly enjoyed even when the temperature is well below freezing. For those willing to embrace the cold for a tasty treat, Bruster's Real Ice Cream is definitely worth the visit.”

“Great place for breakfast! Today I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel along with an iced caramel latte. They put plenty of bacon on the sandwich, which is great and the bagel is crispy just the way I like it. The coffee is stronger than I initially anticipated, but that’s a plus for me. I have yet to try other things on the menu, but will update this review after I do.”

“My expectations were way too high for this bakery based on recommendations from friends. I don’t get it. I’ve gotten much tastier almond croissants from Giant Bakery for half the cost.”

“Hidden gem with baked goods you can't find anywhere else. Bagels are great too but the coffee is standard issue/complimentary waiting room fare that isn't complimentary in this case. But the treats and cookies and cakes and whatever else they're baking up more than make up for it.”

“We had the occasion to need a Tres Leches, and I was able to pick up a freshly made beautify cake on a Monday! It was moist, not drippy but definitely you could feel the moistness if the 3 milks when you took each bite. I was very happy with the cake. I would definitely purchase from here again. 8” Cake $36.00 - totally worth it! 🥰”

“I went in Saturday late afternoon, the line went fast and have many choices. This bakery has two serving areas, one side for sweets and the other side for savory pastries. There is a shelf of French imports by the entrance and a few outdoor seating. The store is bright and spacious. I got two desserts, lower one is a açaí sweet and top one is Napoleon pastry. Both are not too sweet which I love! I would like to try more in the future.”

“A friend of mine picked up an Italian hoagie for me and when she told me how much it cost her I wanted to scream. $14.79 and it's not even a foot long?? The taste was just okay. I've had better from Firehouse subs which I think I will stick to from now.”

“The Bagelry in Colesville, MD., is a grand community favorite. The bagels are wonderful, even though they are not NY bagels. This New Yorker hasn’t found a better bagel in Maryland. The cream cheese is heavenly! As for the staff, well, they are kind, courteous, and efficient. We love to have the Bagelry in our community!!! Give it a try! 😋😋😋”

“My partner and I just went for our first time at Tatte and had a wonderful experience! Reading some of the other reviews Tatte has definitely made some changes based on the feedback. The interior, which is beautifully decorated, is now labeled for ordering and pick-up. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a small mix-up when picking up our hot food and the manager was responsive and quickly accommodated us. The food and drinks were excellent, and we look forward to there being more plant-based/vegan options in the future! We will most certainly be going back and highly recommend it to all!”

“It's fine. It's a 7-11. Very few convenience stores have bathrooms for customers. Not a deal-breaker. Coffee is the same and kept fresh most of the time. They run out of milk (for coffee) too often but they always have plenty of half-and-half and french vanilla (shudder). Good parking lot for trucks. Otherwise, it's mostly like any other mostly clean 7-11.”

“"4 stars" because in the 7-11 context this location is very clean but has some management issues. Lametria Johnson, Lottery is a profit operation the owner needs to adjust staffing for it, particularly approaching the cutoff time. For most of us who don't play it appears to be an addiction. As someone addicted to Big Gulps, coffee, cigarettes, Big Bites, candy, etc. I do understand. But when I walk in I don't have to make my purchase by an exact time. That really changes things. To a sugar addict standing fifth in line waiting for one clerk to complete a complex lottery transaction it can be frustrating too. 7-11 franchise owner: Take Note Of Lottery Deadlines.”

“First off I would like to say that this seven-eleven is the finest family diner in Bethesda Maryland. The food is high class, and my family especially enjoys the prosciutto slurpees. Highly recommend. Make sure to wear best attire. Came wearing only shirt and shoes and was turned down for some reason. Otherwise very good.”
