Saoco Cuban Eats

A couple days ago, I came here with my friend! The owner was super friendly and the food was to die for. I got the Mr. Miami bowl, it was delicioussss 🔥 The beef was juicy and so flavorful, while the rice was fluffy and the beans made it even better! My friend got the Cubano sandwich, I tried some of hers and the bread was crispy, the pork was full of flavor and the pickles gave it a nice ring. We will be definitely coming back soon.

My first time at this Food Hall and I decided to try a quick lunch at this Cuban cuisine eatery. Excellent service from the start and through out. The owner-chef was friendly and informative. I had a delicious Cuban sandwich and maduros. Excellent experience and not only will I be back but I highly recommend it!

I have been in the DC area since 2017. Having grown up in Miami as a Cuban immigrant it had been difficult to find that true Cuban sandwich taste anywhere in the area. I had tried them all. Saoco is the most authentic and delicious Cuban sandwich north of Miami. The entire menu is fantastic.

The best Cuban sandwich in the DMV, the empanadas and ham croquettes were delicious!
The friendly staff and the owner were very kind and welcomed us.
The atmosphere was great! Definitely we are coming back to try other items on the menu:)

Felt like I was in Miami, what a refreshing little hidden gem. This place brought back a lot of memories. The bowls are seasoned to perfection, the empanadas are to die for, and that cubano (the real star of the show ) is finger licking good. Both times I’ve visited the food was very fresh and the service was immaculate, I even got free plantain chips just because I said they looked good. I would def recommend if you want authentic Cuban flavors…. 10/10
