“Today I ordered 2 chicken cheese sandwich 1 combo. When I got home I had 2 steak cheese sandwich, we don’t eat beef. I immediately called them 4 times and got no answer, I finally left a message. I didn’t go back to the store because I live 10 miles away. So disappointed we just through the sandwiches away. One thing else I will say is I been going there twice a week and they never mope the dirty floor where they want you to sit and eat. I also said something to them about that 2 days ago but when I came in today the floors still hasn’t been cleaned. What else is not getting cleaned. Today 12/14 ticket # 33.I thought I had found a good place for a chicken cheese sandwich. Left my name and number on their answer machine. No call back.”

“My wife and I found Mad Cow Grill on the internet and we decided to try it for the first time. We ordered the Grilled Jerk chicken and Unforgettable Braised Oxtails. The Oxtail includes rice and peas and plantains, and the Jerk Chicken includes rice and peas and curry cabbage. Also, we ordered a beef patty and an extra side of plantains. I must say that this food was absolutely delicious! It made me nostalgic of the times I ate amazing food at Jamaican parties and weddings. Time and care was definitely put into preparing this food. We will certainly order again (especially when family visits) and recommend to friends!”

“Nice to see the main entrance door glass has been replaced; it was off putting seeing cardboard taped instead. Friendly employees offering pretty fast and accurate service. Food is generally warm to hot, only once was it served cold. Portions are slightly generous, even with meats. Seating areas are kept relatively clean and clutter free.”
