Very nice place to relax and have a good meal.
They have both a tavern and a formal dining room. I have heard good things about this place so decided to have lunch with friends. We ate in the dining room and it was elegant, as well as relaxing. Chowder was excellent and I had a ham and brie on a croissant-also very good. I will definitely return for dinner and I would definitely recommend it to others
Classic 'old school' restaurant, with white cloth tablecloths at lunch, and attentive and friendly staff. Classics on the menu as well as modern and lighter dishes, everything we had was great. One of the best lobster bisque cups I've ever had. Prices were what you would expect at a nice restaurant in a resort area, and were even more reasonable than that for several items. Recommended.
The Sunday brunch was great! Service was prompt, our glasses were never empty, and every bite of food was amazing. The whole place smells like a fresh wood fire thanks to the real wood fireplaces inside. Would definitely recommend!
I can only speak to Sunday brunch. Been 2 years in a row and will be back. Great selection of entrees- classics, seafood, original dishes and 3 types of eggs Benedict cooked to order. (Waffles same). Great omelet station and good carving station. Fruits and salads were good, not great, possibly an exception or two. Good dessert selection in size and variety. Excellent blueberry bread pudding!! ???? Great service with full bar menu.
