“We needed a 3 prong plug that converts into a 2 prong plug on Sunday afternoon. I have 2 small children and not able to go physically into the N. Adams Carr Hardware. After talking several times to staff on my way to there, John was able to help me by bringing out our plugs car side so my daughter could continue napping. “Our waitress Brittany was not very attentive. Our drink order was taken by someone else. Our food was delivered and it took quite some time to be delivered. The quality of the food was excellent as usual. Then we asked for water and she never returned with it. I had to go ask someone else to get my water. I finished my meal and she had not returned with a bill or to see if I wanted to order ice cream. I would give 5 stars but I grew impatient waiting for my waitress to return.”

“My wife and I had breakfast here on a Thursday morning in April 2019. We are senior citizens and tourists visiting the Berkshires for the first time. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's a cute, homey little restaurant and the waitress provided good, friendly service. We ordered a western omelette, which was fine except for the toast, and a breakfast sandwich on kaiser roll, which was superb. The kaiser roll was toasted perfectly and it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had. Regarding the toast that came with the omelette: the extra-thick bread slices were okay, but the chef was too generous with the butter, and the butter itself was not good (the butter had a thick, odd appearance, was off-color, and appeared fake or just weird). We overheard another diner asking for toast with no butter, and we were unsure if the reason was the same as I am saying. Despite this one negative with our meal, Renee's is a good place. Recommended.”

“The absolute BEST brisket sandwich ever. 12$ is a bit pricey for Noth Adams but once you eat one (not very large, was on an extremely soft and delicious round bun) you will want another and another.. ridiculously wonderful. Best I ever had and I'm from New York AND I DON'T EAT MEAT!! Their brisket has made a liar of me . Buy one you WILL NOT REGRET IT. If I could give more than five stars I would.”

“I can only speak for one experience of delivery when I was in the area visiting. The person who took my order over the phone was friendly, patient and helpful - a grouping of qualities that I am surprised to experience when calling a busy pizzeria during Saturday night rush. The pizza arrived in less than 45 minutes, however the driver forgot to bring the beverage we ordered. He was quite literally compelled to bring it to us and, indeed, returned in about 10 minutes. The pizza was of the regional Greek pan variety often found in this part of Massachusetts. The flavors were quite good with flavorful sauce and a crispy, though not dry, crust. I'll definitely go again when I get back in the area.”

“Stopped for lunch on a college visit with my husband and son. My son said the burger and fries were the best "restaurant" burger and fries he'd ever had. My Philly cheese steak sandwich was excellent, and the tomato and cucumber salad had fresh basil leaves, which was refreshing and delicious. My husband's Greek Chicken was excellent also. Ask about their lunchtime slice special. My only wish is that they'd switch up their slice types more often and get creative. More pesto please!”
