The food was delicious!! We came in and were greeted with smiles. The coffee is perfect. The menu is small but everything was amazing!! Don't pass this little culinary gem up.

We came in for lunch at Counter on a busy Sunday in Salem. The place seemed a bit unorganized as nobody came to give us menus or water for a bit so we had to flag down a waiter.

The food was just alright, definitely nothing special. If you are fine with that, the location and vibe should suffice.

This place is super cute with great food! My daughter and I ordered the burger and it was one of the best I've ever had! Highly recommend this awesome place!

Had breakfast there for the first time today, had been previously for the rooftop and events in the basement space. Sat at the counter. Breakfast selections are basic, freshly prepared and really good. Service was great.

Very cool updated version of am old lunch counter (although they also have tables). The industry burger always changes, and is one of the best burgers in town.
