“i frequently drive by the chateau at it's many locations but never stopped by thinking it was some sub par chain restaurant but the other day i decided to give it a chance and I am SO glad i did. there are several parking lots reserved specifically for the chateau at this location so finding parking isn't an issue. there is plenty of seating so there is virtually no wait even at peak times. the food is fairly priced for such large portions and tastes great. they give each table half a loaf of complimentary bread and delicious butter before serving the entrees. the waiters and waitresses are all very kind as well which makes the experience 2x better! i would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves italian food!”

“The place wasn’t crowded on Saturday night so it was perfect for our large group of 11 without a reservation. The menu is simple. The Greek salad was just iceberg lettuce and feta cheese. I didn’t mention to them that I would prefer to see peppers, onions, cucumbers, olives and tomatoes. The lamb kebab (1 skewer) was tender and enough. Didn’t need two skewers. The lab shank looked amazing. I didn’t have that though. This is casual no frills.”

“What could’ve been a much lower rating was brought to a five. I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up when ready, I looked at the pizza and I saw that the cut was wrong. It was cut into squares instead of slices. It was about a 10+ minute wait for the next one but I felt much better when the manager gave me complimentary lava cakes for my wait and gave me the other pizza to take also. I ultimately ended up getting 2 large specialty pizzas 1 cheesey bread and 2 little lava cakes for the low price of $20.31! It was all very delicious They did make a mistake, but handled it well and for that I give a good review. I would go back.”

“I and a friend went to have breakfast at Heidi on a week day. The restaurant was busy, but not crowded. Folks were pleasant, most knew one another and greeted each other by name. Staff were friendly, helpful. Food was good and generously portioned. I recommend the omelet – it tasted soft, fluffy, great. The ham is awesome also. The only item I didn’t like so much was the waffles – they may need to be cook a bit more. Overall, we enjoyed our meal there a lot.”

Loud, obnoxious, very cliquey and made me feel uncomfortable. Can easily find a different place with a much better, more welcoming atmosphere.
