“This was a good visit... the seating was comfortable, coffee tasted great and exactly to my request, and the egg and cheese wraps were tasty and hot. Staff were nice and she actually came back later and asked me if the coffee was to my liking... i appreciated it. I would consider visiting again if I'm in the area.”

“Dunkin is okay, but I feel like the coffee is kinda weak, and for less than half the price, I get a better cup of coffee at Cumberland Farms. Dunkin also needs some creative, attractive (good tasting) low carb options on the menu.”

“What can you say - clean, fast, visible, accessible, consistent. In general, black coffee is still good coffee. Sticks are anemic & no longer have a twist.”

“Friendly staff. A very diverse menu, there’s an option for every taste and every whim, from breakfast, to lunch and desserts. Payment is cash only, no debit or credit cards are taken, but there’s an ATM conveniently located in front of the shop which takes a $3.50 for every withdrawal. Service was quick and food was good. Didn’t get to try the ice cream or the milkshakes, but all the desserts I saw looked very tasty.”

“Very small little location in the middle of a strip mall. Only a couple chairs, so don’t bring more than a friend. Typical coffee and food. Staff is friendly when/if they actually talk to you. Usually pretty good with order accuracy. Pretty cool nod to the community with a “hall of fame.””

“The only ice cream place that I ever go to. Their creations are really good and the staff making them are phenomenal, always ready to help and make the order just right! Cake batter flavor is my favorite! Best way to beat the heat on a hot summer night.”

“Nice donut place, fantastic prices and nice selection. Some of the donuts are somewhat dry but I enjoyed them. The maple donut was my favorite. These aren't sea salt and the finest accouterments but they are a solid three. One more thing, the lady working the front was exceptional.”

“As usual, It is overpriced and the coffee today did not taste especially good. And the design of this particular place was unappetizing and I think poorly done. The service was adequate. The seating arrangement was bizarre and not especially comfortable. Visually I thought they could do much better job than they did. It's located in the mall with Market Basket and a couple of other large stores. It is not completely visible off the main road which is main street. It was my first trip and I almost missed it. There is plenty of parking. And if only the inside who as attractive as the outside I'm not truly excited about this place. That does not mean that you shouldn't try it and form your own opinion.”

“I walked in with my girlfriend after a night of drinking craving an egg, sausage, and cheese bagel with a bagel with cream cheese on the side. There was a line but not too bad. However, I saw the panic in the eyes of the teenage employees that betrayed their inexperience. A woman in a cut off shirt who did not have the body for a cut off shirt ordered 4 bagels. The older man in front of me asked what every topping was and talked at the poor teenage girl about when he was her age. She laughed with a pained expression on her face. This alone seemed to be too much for this cohort of high school employees yet they took my and my girlfriend's order and then later the orders of people after us despite not finishing the tasks at hand. I lay out what I want for the breakfast sandwich with cool efficiency. I am about to add on the bagel with cream cheese when she turns away and starts talking to another employee. Not two seconds later, the girl asked me, "Wait, what did you want again?" I recount my sandwich order and am once again cut off before I can ask for the side bagel. I will catch her in a second. Nope. There is a mess of bagels being thrown around, eggs being slapped on griddles and panic in the air. The customer has no sway in this dominion, only Chaos reigns here. I get called over by the cashier before I could ask for my much craved second bagel. I mention this to the cashier and she inquires about it in a tone that says "What do you want me to do about it?" At that point I knew that it was a fool's errand to ask for the bagel now. I was correct, as I often am. It took a while for my breakfast sandwich to emerge and the bagel would have compounded that. Somehow I beat my girlfriend's sandwich despite similar orders and her ordering first. Reading this, you are probably wondering why I gave the Bagel Place 3 stars. When I finally ate the sandwich, it was very good. In fact it was great! Also the last time I went I had a much better customer experience. So the groundwork is there. If I based this review solely on the first experience it would be an easy 5. However, for the love of all that is holy, if you see any sort of line or see the baby faced employees panicking, consider going somewhere else.”

“This location is big, roomy, and clean but, it's a hit and miss with who's behind the counter. My orders have been mixed up or not completed or just something most every tip. Now, I just avoid going here, especially with parking from helllllo not good at all.”

“What a nice place. Food, coffee, tea, bakery items (including gluten free) and super nice staff and owners. There is an art gallery upstairs of local artists, and the owners are community- minded and charitable. Parking is a little difficult”
