“I go this dunkins the majority of my week because it is close to my work. Most of the employees are nice except one. He was the only one not wearing a name tag. The majority of my interactions with him is that he has this attitude that he is better than everyone. He whips through the parking lot in his car that is usually from out of state. He will back up and whip around the corner going 30 not caring if he hits something . Then today is what inspired me to write this post. My coffee was being made and he goes how would you like your caramel large coffee keep in mind this is exactly what I had ordered so I thought maybe he was making my coffee. Nope . He responds with no I’m not talking to you and then clarifies he was talking to someone three people behind me completing missing the 2 poor girls who were waiting before them. Then he mumbles something rude and moves on to the next customer he is rude to. Honestly this guy doesn’t deserve to have a job working with customers if he can’t be nice. Me being a manager myself would not tolerate my employees talking to my customers like that. Leah in the other hand is super sweet and helpful”

“Panera is a great place for breakfast lunch and dinner. We stopped for the pecan, brown sugar and strawberry oatmeal. That was a treat! “Game Changer: I was in this store recently and the counter girl asked if she could heat up my cinnamon stick, Honeydew Donuts' unique pastry made of baked dough, a cinnamon paste that is sweet but subdued, and a caramelized sugar glaze. Sure you can heat it up, sweetie! As I wrote in a review of another Honeydew Donuts location, a warm cinnamon stick is heaven. Now that Honeydew Donuts has realized the value of serving their cinnamon stick pastries warm or hot, it may be enough to convince me to procure a snow plow, buy a douchey North Face jacket, and move back to frigid Massachusetts from sunny San Diego. Well -- maybe not quite all that, but you get what I'm saying. Unfortunately, just about everything else that this chain serves is terrible, even if warm cinnamon sticks pull it up from 2 stars to 4 stars.”

“There are just a few fast food places that have the consistency of their menu, atmosphere, marketing, staff training, global brand awareness, attention to charitable offerings and of course those delicious fries. They hit a home run on every front for those who want a burger, fires and a drink. If you want a vegan meal, spinach smoothie and a latte with a splash of soy you need to go somewhere else. This is not a health food sandwich shop and it would ruin the place if they tried to do that.”

“This dunks can be hit or miss. The kids that work here all seem eager and willing to work hard, but sometimes things seem really disorganized, like there's no one focused on keeping the ship running smoothly. There was one young man working here that seemed to really kill himself to be kind to customers, keep things moving quickly, and overall do a superb job - but I haven't seen him in a while. Whenever he was working, I knew my order would be good/consistent. There's a young woman working here now that seems to know what she's doing, but she doesn't seem to have the support to run things. There was also one week recently where I tossed every coffee we got here because it tasted like the cream or milk used was spoiled or on the verge of spoiling (this goes for iced coffees, lattes, and frozen coffees). It just seems like management here could pay closer attention to the details (this is the first dunks I've been to that's often out of certain donuts and bagels by midday - is anyone keeping track of supply/demand for stock orders?), and more carefully train everyone on how to make (espresso) drinks, and on how to shift "work zones" if things get busy.”
