“I went to my first patriots game last night and the last minute accommodations with Pam and Lowell at the Ancient Marinere worked out way better than expected. I looked at a few other options for hotels in the area and was finding rates from $175-$300 and $20-$30 cab rides each way to Gilette Stadium. I got a small, cozy room with a fridge, TV, Queen size bed for $125. We also got a free ride from the owners in nice suburban to and from the game. At the end of the night we got back to the hotel and ordered some late night pizza in the lounge bar downstairs and for $5 it was a pretty good personal pizza. It is a great, cheap options for a night after Patriots games. It was clean, friendly staff, good food and a free shuttle service. Well worth it and a pleasant surprise.”

“Our drinks were great but this location seems to really struggle in the mornings and become far too overwhelmed. It took them 20 minutes to make my drink, and that was only after I asked where it was—if I hadn’t asked, I probably would’ve had another 5+ minutes of waiting. Also, with COVID, the way this location hands out drinks when they’re ready is super inefficient. Names are called aloud at low volume under a muffled mask. Nobody can hear their name being called, which results in everyone crowding around the area where the drinks are ready for pickup, and then nobody is maintaining social distancing as a result. A better system can and should be implemented by now.”

“Great food and nice selection of drinks. I've been here twice with friends, and it's a great spot with lots of options to share, like appetizers or their large pizzas. I liked their Crack Curds (fried cheese curds), Crispy Cauliflower Tacos, and the South of the Border pizza. Pretty interesting menu, so I think it's good for groups since there's something for everyone! They currently have some indoor seating (spaced out) and a covered outdoor seating area.”
