“Had great food and a great time this evening at Lucia’s. I must admit we got off to a rocky start. Although we were seated immediately (had reservations) we sat for what seemed like an unacceptably long time. I eventually went to find a manager. The manager this evening was Rachel and she was apologetic and warm and welcoming. Rachel turned the entire experience around. Every restaurant would be lucky to have a manager as professional and caring as Rachel. My children and I were here for my birthday celebration. I came here regularly for birthday celebrations while growing up with my own parents many years ago. I have been to many many restaurants in the North End. We decided to try Lucia’s again for old time’s sake. I am so glad we did. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you to Rachel!!”
