“Soooo much rice, more than one needs. Smaller portion, smaller price would be preferred. Boneless ribs were good. The chicken fingers were unusual, almost like beer battered coating...had meat pieces, but not much flavor, too much coating for me.”

“Used to go to The Draft all the time when I worked in Allston. Definitely the best patio in the neighborhood, possibly the city. Food is real good and they got some solid specials/deals on the weeknights. Beer selection is pretty good, with all the usual suspects plus a couple obscure one's thrown in there. Definitely has a more laid-back, chill vibe during the weeknights; weekends it gets packed in and cluby (but fun if that's what you're looking for). Bartenders, servers and bouncers are all friendly and keep things moving. Bottom line is The Draft is great because it's an honest place with something for everyone.”

“Great chill spot for hanging out and having a few drinks. Staff were super friendly and helped us pick some beers (we went with the Steinbier and the lactose sour), the spot was super relaxing and lovely. Portaloos available, and would recommend shoes that are flat since the ground is just grass/dirt. Oh, and when the path forks go the left! We walked all the way past the venue before realizing where the entrance was 😅 Would recommend bringing food if you think you’ll get hungry! Pretty sure we found our new favorite spot to meet up with friends :)”

“The beer selection was great and the food was excellent. I had the pesto tortellini salad and my husband had the burger. Both were fantastic. Service was good. Went on a Sunday evening and had no wait. If we lived in the area we be back often.”

“We got right in for brunch on a Sunday. Cute decor, fun music and friendly servers. Loved the avocado toast. My bf got the chorizo hash and liked it but will probably get something else next time. There's an outdoor bar area with lots of colorful seating and string lights that looks fun. Would recommend checking this place out!”

“This place has always been best to come during off times. If you're planning to come for dinner on a weeknight then after 730pm will be no wait. They open at 5pm. They're back to allowing people to make their own sauces and get their own food! You just need to wear a mask whenever you get up and wear their disposable gloves to get food. Remember to save room at the end for their self serve soft serve ice cream (vanilla and green tea) 😋”

“Ordered here for lunch and had their spicy pork quesadillas which were actually surprisingly good, with a great spicy taste to them and full of flavor with some tasty dipping sauces. Cooked perfect and a very nice treat form this place. Not sure why the piled on scallions, but still not a bad dish at all from here.”

“Great beer. While they have some IPA styles of you want them, it is their German and Czech stuff that is what you should be having. They show you what great beers are in styles that inspired brewers for centuries. Outside of Czech and Germany, I've never had anything as good as what they make in these styles. If you can never visit those places yourself or you want to taste something to remind you of when you did, go here. I like the Salem location more, but the beer is great in both places and this is a nice location as well.”

“I definitely recommend this place! The lounge seems like the more casual bar food menu of Cut 21. Edit: Forgot to mention that the staff was all helpful and very friendly! The cocktail menu seemed similar, which is a good thing as they are pretty good. We ordered the Mera's kiss and a whiskey sour. Both were very good. For food, we split the pimento cheese dip, and the bluefish dip. The pimento was excellent, definitely worth getting. The bluefish was good, but I just don't think I'm the biggest bluefish fan (had previously never had it) so I don't think I would order it again. Both came with homemade tortilla chips. We enjoyed both, the one downside is that originally the dip / chip ratios was a little light on the chips. This was easily fixed by the staff who brought over a small plate of extra chips. For entrees, we had the bacon burger, steamers, and Cobb salad. The steamers I was told were excellent, and the best they have ever had. Unfortunately, the Cobb salad had a hair in it, but that dish was comp'd by the staff. I ordered the burger. Now.. you'll rarely catch me paying $17 for a burger. Not many burgers are worth close to that. The best comparison I can make is the deliciousness and taste of an elevated Five Guys burger, without any of the regret or horrible feeling after. The bun was excellent, and the meat was very tasty. Unfortunately, we ended up getting to-go containers as the recent rain in Revere brought a wave of mosquitoes. The indoor/outdoor seating meant they all came inside, making themselves comfortable on the walls and hovering around my food. I don't particularly fault the Lounge for this, but might be helpful to look into some mosquito zapper solutions. Overall I definitely recommend the Lounge. It's definitely more expensive than other options on the Revere beach strip, but the food and drinks and atmosphere make it a great location to check out!”

“Get there before the sunset for the best views of the city. Food and drinks are expensive but truly a unique experience. Would highly recommend, all the bouncers and staff I met were incredibly nice. Looks like it’s getting a ton of attention Friday nights! If you get there late you’ll probably stand in a line, but no cover! Super cool idea.”

“Came for drinks - atmosphere was good , but on the pictures it looks better lol. The prices are high for what you get. From what I understood they have night shows - I guess that what people are coming for. I would recommend to grab dinner somewhere else and just come back for drinks and the show. Patio is nice tho .”

The service was fantastic and the waitress made good recommendations as to what we should eat and drink. I hadn’t ever tried Asian fusion before, but everything was delicious! “Update 4 /27/2021: Four years later and I'm reviewing my reviews, and I'm required to add that Giacomo's stands as one of my all-time favorite dining experiences. It was the crowded city, where we ended up at a table with other guests, waiters who looked like they could be bodyguards. Mostly I remember the warmth of the experience. Old review: A lovely, tasty, bright, and alive experience. Great service, great food, lovely decor, the hole in the wall experience gone mighty fine. We arrived at 5:15, but by 6 the place was packed, so make a reservation.
