The Draft Bar and Grille

Used to go to The Draft all the time when I worked in Allston. Definitely the best patio in the neighborhood, possibly the city. Food is real good and they got some solid specials/deals on the weeknights. Beer selection is pretty good, with all the usual suspects plus a couple obscure one's thrown in there. Definitely has a more laid-back, chill vibe during the weeknights; weekends it gets packed in and cluby (but fun if that's what you're looking for). Bartenders, servers and bouncers are all friendly and keep things moving. Bottom line is The Draft is great because it's an honest place with something for everyone.

Nice balcony, great food, friendly service, quality of cocktail could be a bit better tho:p it must not be their fault but a family of huge rats were running across and hanging around the backyard wall…

Walked over from Paradise Rock club to get a drink before the show. Quick service. Lots of seating. The music was 🔥 Price was fair and the bartender was super nice. It was a hot day brought a pitcher of water without asking.

My friends and I had a wonderful time here! The bouncer was friendly, we were served quickly at the bar, and a waiter continued to bring us water even after we had stopped ordering drinks. The atmosphere was great and I can’t wait to go back!

I was here for a dart match so my experience might differ from most. The house dart board is a sorry excuse for a board. Thankfully the team we were playing brought a good one for the match. Otherwise it would have been unplayable.

Plenty of beers on tap to choose from, and the bartenders were great. The food on the other hand leaves a bit to be desired. One of my teammates ordered a burger which smelled good but, it was swimming in ketchup. Completely lost all the flavor of everything else on the plate.

Prices are more than reasonable given the area but, I hope they fix the dart area issues before the fall season begins.
