This is a great place for Cajun food. The food here is comparable to the food we had in New Orleans. We drove over 300 miles round trip to eat here. We will eat here again next time we are in the area. When driving in the area it's worth the detour. The etufee and jambalaya are as good as Orleans. They have many other dishes give this place a try. It was worth the drive

Atmosphere was great, gumbo to hot/spicy to eat and we are from LA. Suggested they start medium and let individuals heat their own. Red beans too dry but taste good. Great cherry margarita and Hurricane

This place has fantastic Creole food! I have visited New Orleans many times and this place has the best Creole food that I have found in Michigan. If you go during the summer, remember that the restaurant is very popular and you can expect a wait of 45 minutes or longer to be seated. It is also kind of expensive. I've been twice. The first time I spent about $40 on 2 drinks and an entree for myself. The second time I went along with my 3 daughters. The total was close to $200 including tip. Great food and a good place to go if you have time and money.

Waited for about 35-40 minutes for a table outside around 5 pm. The boneless chicken was SO incredibly good. I tend to be picky with eating meat outside of my own kitchen, but I was very happy with the chicken here. The cheese mashed potatoes are good, though a little too much cheese present for me. I really enjoyed the Cajun spices and trying alligator for the first time!

The service was excellent! Get the appetizer of collard greens, grits, and sausage. The flavor was amazing. Mom is gluten free and the server offered her a gluten free menu. Not many places have that! It was busy as it was July 3. It seems the type of place that is usually busy so plan ahead.
