“Delicious pizza with the same pizazz as when Chef Charles owned it! Our family has been eating here for over 20 years. Our grandkids were raised on this pizza. “Wonderful eggs benedict! The ham was thin sliced, eggs poached perfectly and served on house made focaccia bread. Service was wonderful and they allowed me to make a substitution. “Haven't actually been to the brewery. I found strawberry shortcake beer at a local Kroger. I like different craft brews and decided to try this. Damn good beer. Really fruity. “We came here on our first vacation to Elk lake. Great location and atmosphere. Pretty good food. The servers and bartenders are friendly. My only complaint is how slow the food is. We went there twice and thought the first time wasn't normal but the second time was just as slow. I recommend coming here when you're not too hungry and have time to have some cocktails while you wait.”

“This is supposed to be the best pizza in Elk Rapids, but that doesn't speak very well of all the other places in town!!!!! Unlike other reviews, our order was ready for pickup at the requested time, but it's late September and most of the tourists are gone, so they're not real busy. The salads were very good, and a good value! I had requested my pizza well done (extra bake in their jargon) and it was not, plus they are stingy with toppings. Buddy's and Jet's are much better, but that's a different market.”

For the prices though doesn't matter, tons of food for the price. If you want to pay 3x the price for something that tastes slightly better go elsewhere. “My family and I are staying at a cabin on Torch Lake and found this place on Google maps for breakfast. Their menu has lots of great food and drink choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We all got something different to eat and we all loved it! This place isn't huge. So, seating and parking gets full fast. Overall, we loved our meal! We will definitely be back next summer!”

“This place has fantastic Creole food! I have visited New Orleans many times and this place has the best Creole food that I have found in Michigan. If you go during the summer, remember that the restaurant is very popular and you can expect a wait of 45 minutes or longer to be seated. It is also kind of expensive. I've been twice. The first time I spent about $40 on 2 drinks and an entree for myself. The second time I went along with my 3 daughters. The total was close to $200 including tip. Great food and a good place to go if you have time and money.”
