“We visited Union Pier Social Club on its opening week expecting shaky experience. BOY WAS IT GREAT! We were seated within a few minutes in their beautiful outdoor patio. The servers were well trained and very pleasant. Service was surprisingly quick. And most important THE FOOD WAS WELL PREPARED, HOT AND DELICIOUS. “I didnt go to Popeyes although my sister and grandfather did. They reported good food and good staff. My aunt had Pizza Hut, her pizza was completely raw on the inside, pure dough- they offered to replace- she chose to go with Taco Bell instead. That order had no issues. I had Taco Bell. The food, order effiency and staff were good. Bathrooms and restaurants stocked well and clean.”

“This is by far the most wonderful restaurant in the area! My husband and I drive 45 minutes from South Bend to eat here on Sunday’s and it is always full of people excited to get another taste of this awesome menu! To start, the food is wonderful; fresh, delicious and well priced for what you get! Louisa’s has such a sweet and homey atmosphere and the owner is constantly walking around checking on folks to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. The wait staff is kind and courteous. The baked goods are to die for! The donuts are the best I’ve ever had and we always find other treats we can’t get enough of! Any reviewers that gave less than 5 stars must have been in a bad mood when they made their trip to Louisa’s. I’ve witnessed the owner kindly and apologetically comp a couple’s meal for a long wait during a busy time. She is so sweet and I am so thankful Louisa’s isn’t too far from home! What Michigan treasure!”
