221 Main - Restaurant & Cocktail House

I was here in early April for a wedding party celebration and not only was the food great, but the bartender was the nicest guy! The white chicken chili is also very tasty along with this 221 board - just wish they gave us more bread to capture all of the awesome goat and fig jam toppings.

Initially I was confused about whether to dine upstairs or downstairs, but the folks at the door were very helpful. I was on a date with my awesome significant other, and we decided on going upstairs. It was delightful. Upstairs has an intimate atmosphere with a tiny view of the lake. Downstairs seemed more like a sports bar. The food upstairs was excellent (we had the filet mignon, mussels and friend cauliflower).

Love, love,love the food at 221. The service is great and we have never been disappointed with the food. The price for what you get is reasonable. Highly recommend.

We had dinner here on Saturday night and it was phenomenal. The cocktails are expertly crafted. We both had the filet and it was cooked to perfection and the zip sauce was so good, we put it on everything. We briefly spoke with Robert Montgomery, the owner, and he was very friendly and welcoming. We will be back, and we highly recommend.
