“We took a road trip to Lansing, to pick up some car parts (300) miles. The reviews looked good so we tried Maria's, so glad we did the food was fantastic ! Easily the most authentic and best Mexican Food I ever had ! We even came back for a second round to take home and eat the next day , it was even better ! Maria and her Son were such nice friendly, warm people , it was a pleasure ! If I'm anywhere near lansing again, I know where I will eat the food was just amazing !”

“One of the best places to have come to downtown East Lansing. Small shop with a cook/owner who has a passion for the food he makes and cares about the customer. Reasonably priced @ around $9 a sandwich with generous portions. Compared to other hot sandwich locations, Capo's give you a sandwich twice the size for a dollar more, made fresh. Not the fast-food "fresh", REAL FRESH. Hot grill, raw meat and vegetables, toppings, and cheese. good cheese. My only complaint is that they didn't open sooner. Food 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Employees 10/10”

“I think the place is amazing, but the pricing is equally amazingly expensive. A one hour date with my wife set us back $116. $40 on arcade ($20 each, lasted us about 15 minutes) $46 on karts (1 race for the 2 of us, about 10 minutes) $30 on food (6 wings, loaded tots, one $5 fountain drink and tip) We arrived 1.5 hours before closing, buying an all day pass didn't make sense. Maybe the all day passes could get cheaper as the day progresses. I have never owned an entertainment business and I have only been to High Caliber twice (a Sunday afternoon and a Thursday evening), so I might be being a little presumptive, but the place was dead slow both times. And I don't blame it on the quality of the entertainment at all, but instead on pricing. You can go to an all day amusement park like Cedar Point for $45 where for almost twice as much ($80, their best deal) at High Caliber you can play Axe Throwing, Throwbowling, and Pocket Soccer all day, and about another 30 minutes doing one Nerf/archery war and one kart race and $10 of arcade. Just seems way over priced. At this point I probably won't be back unless someone schedules another party there, where if I could do a date night for like $50 I would be there weekly. I'm cheering for your success, I think you have built an excellent product and I love that it is owned by a group of passionate gear heads. I hope I'm wrong about the pricing and that you rolling in the dough, because I honestly want High Caliber to be a success. It just probably won't be my dough, sorry. Good luck!”

“What I love.... The prices, variety menu, and everything is pretty good. What I didn't love....takes too long to prepare food. It's pretty simple food items on the menu. It took forever to get my food. Too much of the staff talking amongst each other and playing around. Probably why it takes long to get things. Staff behind the counter eating and drinking. If they're on break they shouldn't be hanging out behind the counter. I have gone almost every day since they opened, so this is just my observation. Maybe it will get better. Still will go. Happy to have this place here. Better than juice nation...juice nation is nasty and overpriced.”

“My fiance and I first time visiting this spot as recommended from a friend on Facebook. The owners were nice and very friendly. The food is reasonably priced and oh so delicious, you get more than enough and did I mention how good the food was!!!
