“It is average for a mcdonalds. The layout of the property is weird. The service time and accuracy is below the standard but not horrible unless they are busy. It is normally clean and staff makes it round to wipe tables. The catchup dispenser seems to be neglected often. It is convenient for being by the mall . the do not have bicycle racks for those who are green.”

“We leave, wondering why they just toss our subs to us without a bag and never even give us a napkin. Last week we were told by the gal at the window that "Corporate" trains them to not give out bags or napkins unless the customer requests them. So often, you get down the road and realize once you have lettuce and oil all over you, that there is no napkin!! Gosh, why don't you just send the soda hose through the car window and spray it in our mouths so you don't have to give us cups either! The food is good, but really!??”

“Good Chinese food and quick service. It's always hot and fresh. It's one of family's favorite places for Chinese food in the area, however the customer service is lacking. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering something a special way, the same way I would order at other local Chinese food restaurants without issue. The order was wrong. I complained, nicely, and I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue or not, but the owner told me in exact words, "You order wrong". Excuse me? How did I order wrong? I know what I ordered. Nothing was done to fix it. I went without that evening as a result. I only go back because my family likes the food, but I will now only order items that don't require them to remove an item(s) from the recipe. What they did not understand is I always order it that way due to a health issue/food allergies. Every other place gets it right. Plus my family heard me place my order that night. I did not order wrong - they got it wrong!”
