“Good Chinese food and quick service. It's always hot and fresh. It's one of family's favorite places for Chinese food in the area, however the customer service is lacking. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering something a special way, the same way I would order at other local Chinese food restaurants without issue. The order was wrong. I complained, nicely, and I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue or not, but the owner told me in exact words, "You order wrong". Excuse me? How did I order wrong? I know what I ordered. Nothing was done to fix it. I went without that evening as a result. I only go back because my family likes the food, but I will now only order items that don't require them to remove an item(s) from the recipe. What they did not understand is I always order it that way due to a health issue/food allergies. Every other place gets it right. Plus my family heard me place my order that night. I did not order wrong - they got it wrong!”

“Fish and chips (fries) and a side salad. Fish was over cooked and the fries were undercooked and quite soft. Booth table was dirty even though the waitress just wiped it down. Sub par service. Had to ask multiple times to get what I asked for unfortunately and was never offered a refill. I don't expect much from a Coney, but I love them. This place could use some cleaning up and repairs to the booth seats. Salad was good but I feel I would have gotten better fries at McDonald's. That being said, prices were fair and I've only been there once.”

Wonderful and flavorful the second time. A side note... Live their side salad! Very few places add extra toppings like egg, cheese, and croutons. “We ate our evening meal. Had more then enough to have a whole other meal. Our order was taken quickly and the food was hot and delicious. My husband had the sweet and sour chicken. Nice big chunks of breaded chicken. Breading was very crispy. I had green onion beef. Tender pieces of beef strips on top onion greens. We will definitely return and would recommend it. 5/23/2019 moved to Florida. We made time to stop and have supper with the family. Our waiter was very attentive. So glad to visit again.”
