“I sat in my car and waited for about a half hour for my to go order, which was no problem at all. The food was good. BUT while i waited in the car for that half hour i seen a female waitress with a high long ponytail touch her hair over 15 times then go and get customers to-go trays. she also served food after touching her hair. like eww. I observed this because my phone was dead, i had no charger, and i was looking to see my order on the shelf by the kitchen. I'm glad i ordered to go.”

“I’m from FL, I was desperate to find some sweet tea because I had not had any since I got to MI. None of the surrounding major fast food chains had sweet tea. Thankfully Dorcas saved my day and filled my craving. She was as sweet as my tea! She made great convo, she was so funny, and VERY helpful. She made my experience amazing. I’ve never been so impressed by the service from a Starbucks, even back home in FL. When we come back to MI we will be sure to stop by and visit this Starbucks. And hopefully we will get to see Dorcas too!”

“This is a great, new type of business for the Kalamazoo area. The tea and ice cream were absolutely delicious and the owners/staff are friendly and helpful. Haven't had the food but if its anything like the ice cream I'm sure it will be good. There were longer waiting times during the soft opening but with more employees and equipment coming in, it won't be like that much longer. Definitely worth a visit!”

“Clean and nice! The store is stocked full of nice common items and they have an ATM (F.Y.I. - They do charge for the regular ATM "charge" AND they charge a $1.00 fee for using their machine). The person that helped us was very polite. They also have a "Beer Cave" with a small wine selection (in the front behind the front counter), and coffee, pop freezes (they are just like a 7-11 "Slurpee"), and pop. Candy bars, chips, whatever... ???????? A large cooler for getting pounds of ice out front. They also had propane has containers for sale too. There is also a Red Box out front to rent a pretty good selection of movies. I have no complaints at all.”
